We have a weird one here. One of our administrative assistants has Send on
Behalf Of permissions for several managers that she needs to schedule
meetings for in Outlook. In her Calender Options she has the 'Use this
response when you propose a new meeting times' selected to Tentative.

Automatically Tentatively Accept Appointments

My boss's Outlook will automatically tentatively accept her appointments, and
she says it has been that way the whole time. She does not have the
Auto-accept feature checked.

Shared appointments not appearing

I'm setting up a shared calendar system for my office. Currently my office
mate can see the calendar names, but none of the appointments I've added to
them. I've got her set as an owner. She needs to be able to see and modify
calendars.

Resources printing on monthly calendar

We are running Outlook 2003 on Exchanger Server 2003. We have added all our
resources with mailboxes so when we plan a meeting, we will be able to see
which resources are being used so we cannot double book a room.
Is there a way I can print a monthly calendar without showing the resources? ...

How do I display times in Outlook 2007 monthly view

I'm trying to change the way my monthly calendar print, and it seems like
the solution is to try the Calendar Printing Assistant. I have downloaded
that, and SP1. Now what? How do I run it? I can't find anything in Outlook
that refers to the CPA, and I can't find it ...
