can I get notification for another user's calendar?

Hello,
I'm running Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2007 clients. I have an admin who
needs to get notification whenver he boss has an appointment. She could
set her self up on every appointment or she could have his calendar open in
OWA but ideally she wouldn't have to do either of those if there was a way

I can only get 10 appointments to print on a day on the monthly calendar. I
have the outlook printing assistant, but still no joy. How do I get more

I am using Microsoft XP with outlook 2003. Is there a way to find a date in
the future from some specific date? eg: From today's date, I want to put a
reminder of an action to be taken 45 days in the future.

How do I remove the organizer field when using automatic formating
