It creates a task like for example "pick up at office" but does not attach
the contact so therefore you don't knwo who to pick up

Category information on worng accounts

We have recently installed BCM with outlook 2007.
We have noticed category information being added to accounts to which it
does not belong - (Definitely NOToperator error). Any ideas?

Need 2 laptops to share BCM database

One is set up and has set up for 2nd to share it's database. My issue is I
can't get the 2nd one to connect with 1st laptop. They are on a home network.
I get an error "Cannot access the database server" for 1st laptop. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled on 2nd laptop, still no good. Any suggestions?

MS Outlook 2007 BCM on Vista -- won't sync with windows mobile 6.0

Downloaded 2007 BCM for smartphone, ran it and it won't install, because it
doesn't see a version of Activesync it needs. Attempted to download and
install the newest activesync and it tells me Vista won't work with it, use

BCM account creation not getting linked into Accounting

I can not get a new account I create in Outlook 2007 to appear as a new
customer in Accouting 2008.
It works just fine the other way around, if I create a new customer in
Accounting, it appears as a new account in BCM. But, that is not how BCM says
it is to be.
