campaign for the contacts? I have over 8K contacts and only 167 recieved the
campaign, I need to know who recieved my email and also need to be able to

business contact manager should support sql server 2008

upgrade from SQL Server 2005 will be able to use Business Contact manager!

Outlook Connector won't access Business Contacts, but emails come

I am using Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager. It allows me to create
a report using all of my contacts' information. My problem is that when I
create a report, about 75% of my contacts show up without an address even

Categories vs. User-Defined Fields

Is it more useful to rely on Categorizing business contacts instead of
creating specific User-Defined Fields? I am relying on BMC for Dummies to
get started, but as far as I can tell, it appears I can parse by either
