Adding a new contact folder

I need to add a new contact folder in Business Contact Manager, but I get an
error message telling me I do not have permission. I right-clicked on the
Business Contacts folder, clicked Properties, but do not see a place where I

I need to send a mailing to all of my business contacts who have made
purchases over $500 in the last 3 years. I can create a report with this
information, but I don't get the mailing address. I can sort the business
contacts in the main page, but not by opportunity.

button so that I can quickly record a phone note or something without going

If a non-BCM item is deleted from exchange, is it deleted from BCM

If I understand correctly, strictly BCM items like phone logs, business
notes, accounts and contacts are maintained locally on my laptop in the sql
database.

BCM Database on central SQL server?
