Why does Business Contact Manager conflict with Franklin-Covey

I'd been using Franklin-Covey software for seven months, but since I
activated Business Contact Manager (which came with Outlook 2007) three weeks

Selecting certain contacts for certain accounts

I want to filter my BCM data to select certain accounts (e.g.,
Industry="wood") AND certain related contacts (e.g., position="Manager").
When I try to filter I can only filter on the Account or on the Contact, but
not both. So if I work in Account and filter for "wood" (which in this

E-Mail Autolink in BCM

The E-mail Autolink button on the BCM Ribbon is "greyed out" and cannot be
used. Doesn't matter if you click on an email. Still greyed out. the
"Link to Record" button works and becomes active if an email is selected.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

I have a database of 2,000 email and i keep getting.Is it because of bad
email or is it too many email?
This action cannot be completed because business contact cannot access the
database time out expired. The timeout period elapsed to completion of the
operation or the servers is not responding.
