I am trying to filter BCM contacts for a mail merge but the fields are not
offered. Can you filter based on User defined fields or other preset fields
not in the preset list? ...

I want to send an email to many recipients in BCM through mail merge in MS
Word. I would like the sent email to show in the history for each recipient.
How do i do this? Is there another process that would meet the same end?

Can I not filter on certain fields? I have placed information in the Job
Information fields (department, office, profession, etc.) on the Details
page, but do not find them as options when I want to modify or filter on any
of those choices. ...

Copying Distribution lists into BCM 2007

I currently have around 1000+ Contacts with Distribution Lists already
created in my Contacts folder. I can Import all the CONTACTS into Business
Contact Manager, but no distribution lists move over. How can I move the
Distribution lists over into Business Contact Manager Contacts?

Selecting e-mail client for mail merge

Does anybody know how I can select an e-mail client when I do a mail merge
through Word? I have 3 accounts on my system and it always sends through my

attach a campaign (seminar) to contacts

I've created a campaign, in this case a seminar. For the contacts that
attended, I want to attach the campaign to their history, but "campaign" is
not an option in the "add history item" pulldown list. I know that I can use
"initiated by" to select seminar and then the specific campaign, but this
overwrites ...
