Hi everyone,
1. Linking emails to contacts
If I delete an email that was linked to a contact in BCM, will I still be
able to read and access that email in the history for the contact? What if
the email had an attachment - can I still access/open the attachment if the
email was deleted?

cannot re-install BCM - help!

After spending way too much time trying to get the SQL server to
start, and trying every troubleshooting solution for 2 weeks, I
finally just backed up the data and uninstalled and attempted to re-
install BCM. Well after getting to almost the end of the install, I
get an error message saying install failed - ch ...

Task Notification?

I was wondering if when tasks are assigned to "users" in BCM, is there any
kind of notification that can be turned on? We are attempting to try this
product with our attorneys/Marketing department. I realize that the task
will show up in the individual's list and they'll be able to access it from

Project Tasks details text not being saved

There are times where I type in a bunch of stuff in my â??Project Taskâ? in the
details area, save it and even renew the â??due date and reminderâ? and then
when I open it again it is back to how it was before I saved it! So I have to
do the same work all over again.

Out of office message in Outlook 2002

Hi...I have Outlook 2002 and want to set an out of office message. When I
follow the intructions it tells me that under tools there should be a Out of
Office Assistant. That does not appear - and it says I need Microsoft
Exchnage. I sthere another way of doing this without exchange?

BCM Online Error Message: going online has been cancelled, but you

customizing columns in Opportunities

From BCM home, I click on Opportunities under Start a Task. I then go in and
Customize Current View, in order to add some columns and delete others. This
includes specifying the column width. I got looking exactly like I wanted it,
yet when I close out BCM and go back to Opportunities, my changes are gone.
