Search for Contact - Not Found (Until Switching Views)

I have been working with Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager for
about 6 months. I moved from ACT!, and I'm still trying to get used to the
differences.

Error importing Outlook to BCM

Every time I have used BCM to import Outlook 2007 Contacts, I get an error
aborting the import with about 80% of the Contracts imported to BCM.
Has anyone else had this issue, and how to correct? ...

Reporting

This is concerning the "reports function.
I would like to see a report that lets us choose all of the data we want for
a report.
I.E.; I want a report thats has the Account name, the date of creation for a
business record
-- A user named field "CustId" and comments. from that business note.

Duplicates

I saw on one screen in the import data screen had 3 choices.
concerning duplicates. The obvious was "no dupes" and the other obvious was
"allow Dupes" the third puzzles me. "update dupes" Which record is it
updating. the old one or the new one?

Linking Excel

bcm2007 error installing on vista

Billiable hours and invoicing

Lost Business and Account Contacts

I could really use some help. I have Outlook 2007 with BCM 2007. I
religiously backed up the database.
My PC had some serious problems. I did a new install of Vista Ultimate and
reinstalled Outlook and BCM. When I try to restore the previously mentioned
