Sync iPAQ Pocket PC

I just upgraded to Office 2007 / Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager
so I could have my business contacts on my Pocket PC. Did I shoot myself in
the foot by upgrading? I have an iPAQ 3670 which has an upgraded operating

BCM database on a server without outlook in order to have multiple
users? Also I would like to know if I can use BCM with SQL Server

When I send an email using the "New History Item" on an Account in BCM, the
email does not show up on the History screen. Why is this? What is the best
way to do this?
Also, is there a way to allocate a time duration to history items such as
