Unable to create or send messages in Microsoft Outlook

Somehow I'm unable to create or send messages in Microsoft Outlook.
The message window disappears off the desktop once I open it,
eventhough I see that I have it open on the taskbar. Any advice or
even a temporary workaround solution so I can respond to emails?
Tried rebooting the computer and it didn't help. ...

Hello,
If you save a draft reply to a message, Outlook marks it as "replied"
even if you've never sent the message because you cancelled it or your
mailbox was full. Is there any way we can prevent that? This seems to
extend right to Outlook 2007.
BTW if a mailbox is over-quota, can I still save a draft?! I ...

Boy, do I need help.
I''m a novice with a lot of email experience; but this program is throwing
me for a loop:
It will not allow me to delete an email message out of my inbox.
It will not allow me to save a new contact.
I can't even delete a calendar reminder.

Outlook 2007 installed, prompted for junk email updates for Outlook 2003

Hi, We have Office 2003 installed but have upgraded the Outlook to 2007. When the Microsoft updates are released, I get prompted to install Junk Email updates for both 2003 and 2007. Is this correct? If not, how can I prevent the prompts for 2003 updates?

I accepted the invitation to try office 2010.
Upon installation, outlook 2007 quit working.
Since that is the only critical piece i need out of office, and all my
emails etch i desperately need are on there, I uninstalled.
Now I get no out look.
