Outlook 2007 not receiving all exchange emails

I have set up my dad's outlook 2007 to connect to his work exchange
server (i think that is a 2000 exchange server). It has been able to
download almost 3000 inbox emails, and calendar info, contacts etc but
has now stopped getting any more (and hasn't received any more for

Gurus,
Some of my users are running Outlook 2003 and others Outlook 2007. Where do
I tell them to go if they want a choice to read emails in HTML, Rich Text or
Plain Text while NOT using Word as an email editor?

The news Icon seems to have disappeared from customize commands. I am runing
Outlook 2003 from a server at work , using MS Exchange. I was trying to set
up news -- MS Newsgroups within Outlook as instructed by the Help proceedure,

Accessing links

I am using IE6 and Outlook Express.
When a link is sent to me via IE6, I used to be able to click on the link
and it would open the WebPages that the link referred to.
I have since downloaded and installed Safari, but since I have done this it

almost 9 megs.

My right click a file and select "send to/mail recipient", it opens
Thunderbird. I installed it years ago and haven't used it since.
Outlook is the default program, and Thunderbird says it's not the
default when it opens.

Rule to direct mail from only 1 of a user's email addresses
