Make some tabs look different

OneNote (2003 or 2007). Windows XP.
I have a user with a desire that I can't seem to find a nice solution for.
She has a tab (page) for each student. She would like to make a couple of
them (tab name) look different.
We've tried different font, obviously that won't work.

Anchoring text boxes

If I have two text boxes, one of which is a comment on something said in the
other and the two are possibly linked by an arrow, and I wish to maintain
their respective locations while editing the whole note and moving things
around, is there any way to force these two text boxes to keep the same
positioning ...

ON 2007 always resets toolbars

For some reason, ON 2007 on my Vista biz 32 laptop always resets the
toolbars. It not only disappears entier toolbars that I've made
visible (like "my pens"), it also rescues individual toolbar icons
that I've tossed out of the usual toolbars through the customize
dialogue box.
Anyone else seen this behavior? ...

security of sharing notebooks

I want to keep my notebooks synced on my 2 laptops. If i make them shared
does that mean anyone on the network can get at them? i have a wireless
router at home and in my office. I've enable sharing and notebooks sync okay
but are they visible and accessible to everyone else on the network as well?

Creating a template to use as a form

How can I create a handwritten form with OneNote 2007, then save it as a
template so that it may then be filled out without the contents of the form
itself being potentially erased?

Arrows overlapping, circle, square, rectangle, frame overlapping.

text, the arrow stay there and overlap the text: it dose not follow. ...

Allow importing custom icons for Added / modified tags

This seems pretty obvious, I think, and I'm hoping I didn't somehow miss the
ability if it does exist.
Essentially: allow users who create (add) new tags to import their own
icons. Even the full collection of Office Icons would be a help; but full
availability to .ico format images would be a huge help.

Allow 'grouping' and 'un-grouping' of objects

Too often when working with different elements, one cannot multi-select very
well, or "group" objects- to move them around a page, or throughout OneNote's
pages, sections, and notebooks. This would allow a semi-global operation
(such as tagging) a "grouped" set of objects.

How do I change where OneNote stores files
