Reducing the Size of "Unfiled Notes.one"

Is there anyway to reduce the size of the "unfiled notes.one" file? All my
other onenote files are rather small, but my "unfiled notes.one" file is
4.2gb! This makes it difficult to backup as my backup drive cannot copy files
over 4gb. Is there anyway to redistribute the size of this file to the other
files? ...

operation canceled message in OneNote

I agree. Not letting us format a standard paragraph in OneNote is very
frustrating. Here I thought I had the perfect tool to write novel drafts.
Who wants to go reformat 100,000 words? Everything else I like, but this

Rename "screen clipping taken" page

When I take a screen clipping, the page is in Unfiled Notes and the page is
entitled "Screen Clipping Taken". I can't seem to find how to rename it.
Right clicking on the page title does not reveal that option. ...

Preventing loss of notes when opening updated OneNote file

I have a OneNote notebook (PKG format) that I update and distribute to many
different companies on a regular basis. Some of these companies add their
own notes to this OneNote notebook. Whenever I send them an updated version

I would like to tag the beginning of my unfiled note with something like:
