why do folders in onenote get larger despite deleteing pages?

When I save/send content - eg webpages - to onenote folders, they grow in
size (in kB) but they don't reduce when I delete pages - i.e. they just keep
growing. How do you stop this? Do they just get larger, using more storage? ...

Send to One Note option has disappeared

I have used the Send to One Note option many times but it is no longer
available on the print menu. I have tried running 'Repair' from the Office
installation disc but still no joy. Anyone know what has happened and how I
