making onenote mimick paper - no flashing cursor

I really want to make onenote look like paper - bright yellow backgound,
ruler lines & margin (yes this is there) and a blank screen with no mouse &
no edit flashing cursor.
I can make a 1 pixel mouse image to get rid of the mouse but not the edit
blinking cursor [setting of bling rate in control panel KEYB ...

I can print individual sections of a notebook, but how can I print an entire
notebook without having to do it section by scetion?

Whenever I change the default language in OneNote to English (Canada), it
never stays that way but defaults back to US English. When I look at the
global Microsoft Office settings, the Default Editing Language is set to
Canada.
Am I doing something wrong? What's the issue?

Sending files as printouts to onenote

For some reason I cannot send files as printouts to onenote. I can not
insert a file as a printout or send it to one note. The option is there
under the insert menu but is gray and unavailable to select. In addition,
"Send to One Note" is not a printer option. Please Help.
