Packaging Solution Wizard Problem

I just created my first package using the wizard and ran into a problem.

I upgraded my Access 97 database to Access 2007 finally. After upgrading, I
noticed that the database is running very slow. I made sure to disable the
Log Tracking option on the Options Menu but the database is still slow. I

Staff are using MS Access 2003 and Visual Studio 2005 for Access runtime
deployment. Is it legal to purchase MS Access 2007 licenses and then install
MS Access 2003? Users do not want to convert to Access 2007 at this time.

Read only spreadsheet

Hi I create this spreadsheet in Excel 2003 it worked a treat. Reinstalled
Office now it only open as a read only file, I have checked the attributes
and they are clear.
Does anybody know why it is driving me insane?
