Create Table Permission

I have to create a table before running a report. The table cannot be
generated through queries because it requires a series of queries that end up
with multi level group by's not allowed and the last query needs to be a
cross tab.
Without the admin privileges the user gets an error that they cannot modify ...

How does a user change their own password?

I set up security for my database and put in generic passwords for all the
users I created. When the user has joined the workgroup how do they change
there password so that only they know it? I've looked up helps on this, but
nothing is specific to changing an individual user password.
