backend server security

I have a backend database save on the server which my users do not have
access and front end is on users' desktop.
My user gets message that user does not have rights to access the database.
It seems that MS Access follows the server security rules even user has
access front end.

subscript out of range

What does this error msg mean. I made several copies of the database I am
working on. Then tried to split one. I have never done this or seen it
done. The msg I got was "subscript out of range". Any ideas? I will need
to split this database soon and am just now experimating with it it.

Multiple workgroups same database

Windows Mail - Hiding Folders from View

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to hide the contents of a mail
folder in Windows Mail (Vista) so that the contents are only viewable under
