No logon at other workstations

I have set up my security as layed out in "Running Access 2000", I can get
the logon prompt on my computer but it will not come up on any of the other
workstations, and so they are not able to access any info at all.
I went onto one of the workstations and it shows no user names or groups

Problems with Workgroup file

I am setting up a shared workgroup file which is located on the server. The
individual workstations are set to use this file in Workgroup Admin. But when
around half of the users try and use Access thy get an error saying The
'Admin' file is in use. This is over Access 2002 and 2003. At the moment

I had to reinstall my OS and in the process my system.mdw was completely
deleted.
And No I don't have a backup copy of it.
Now, once I have everything up and running again I am unable to open one of

I have created a basic db with one form and two queries, and need to allow
multiple users to access the form to add data to the single table. Could
someone please tell me where to begin? I have been able to get two users to
open the db simultaneously, but only one person to input data at a time.

I have copied the Database file to the server and set up shortcuts on their
desktops to this Database. It will only give them "read only" access to it. I
need them to be able to enter data.

Workgroup Security

I am trying to set up Security for my database. However, when I set up a new
System.mdw file (eg test.mdw) all databases refer to this file. If I "join"
a different workgroup file, all databases on my computer are automatically
using this workgroup file.
Can each separate database have its own .mdw, or do ...
