How to make allowness for the folder?

Hi!
I am trying to connect my database. I splitted the database into 2 files and
make the folder for it. How to make allowness to folder for other users? I
have 2 users that both have administrative status and they installed it into
2 computers.
Please help me!

I am using the code to open a password-protected database

and I am getting an error message "Not a valid password"......anybody can

I have encrypted an Access ACCDB database and when I opened up it up in
Notepad, across the top the message said "M i c r o s o f t B a s e C r y

Read the last response and wondering why you need to split the database at
all - why can't you just leave the entire database out on the server so
everything is in one location?????
I am trying to tap into our companies database from home and have the
exclusive issue even when people have it already opene ...
