Hiding Tables within database view

I made the mistake of right clicking on the properties of a table, and
clicking "hidden"... after not seeing any particular change, i unclicked it.
I later realized it had removed the table from my view within the database.
I cannot locate any information on how to "unhide" a particular object within

Hello,
I need help!
I have a secured and split database that has been working fine until this
morning when one of the users was trying to log in she got the following
message: Could not use 'Admin'; file already in use.
Can anyone point me to direction I should take to handle this?
