Administrator can't add users

I am the database administrator (Access even tells me so), yet I can't add
users (the selection is greyed out). I seem to have all rights, except the
open/run. I have all of the passwords - how do I make the necessary changes? ...

Disable Security Warning in Access Runtime

Only Access Runtime Installed. On open of a mdb file a security warning pop
up box appears. Does anyone know how to disable the security warning box?
Access 2007 program is not installed only the runtime. Thanks.

I recently split and placed my DB on the computer network. I have a data
file which consists of the Tables. and then I have my master file which has

How do I disable a Hyperlink warning?

I have read previous answers to how to disable a hyperlink warning.
I have changed the setting in my registry (HKEY_CURRENT_USER...), but this
does not work for a link to a local file.
This problem was also brought up in previous discussions, but no one
answered this particular problem.
Can someone help?

Hi, we have an Access UI linked to SQL. We periodically send updates to
clients. It would be nice if only the DBAs ran these updates. However,
sometimes a user tries to run the updates when they do not have sysadmin
permission. Is there a programmatic way to check user permissions on SQL?
