If Then Else Statment in Report

I currently have an if then else statment in my report that adds the sum of
another field to the sum of animal births (if animal births has data). I
would however like this whole equation to=0 if nothing is reported, however
instead it has an #error.
I thought that edited the equation would solve the pro ...

The length of the text can be more than one line.
I would like to add a line if the contens of the text more than one
line.
I know that I can set border width to one point which only gives the
border, but not the line in the text box.

I have a report created that gives an individual their stats for the week
(calls, times, etc.) The individual sees their stats, along with their
team's average.
On this average, I do not want any decimal places, but if the average comes
to 94.5%, it lists 94%. I also thought .5 was the cutoff to round up and ...
