My plan to use replication: Good or Bad?
Wed, 15 Mar 2006 08:32:48 -0800
My wife has a business and I have developed a split Access 2003 database to
keep track of things. At the business there is one desktop computer with
WinXP Home Edition. She has dialup internet access. That's all that's
available there.
At home we have a peer to peer network with always on broadband con ...

Replication to laptops - how do you do this?
Mon, 6 Mar 2006 13:26:29 -0800
I want to replicate my database and put it on a server and laptop and
synchronize them.
Here's what I've done....created a split version of the db called
db6.mdb (front end)
db6_be.mdb (back end)
then I secured it and called it:
db6.mde (secured version) which I'm guessing is my front end only
So a ...
