problem linking to MySQL

I want to use an Access2003 DB as a frontend for a MySQL database (just at
home while developing, so no passwords needed)
I use MySQL connector. So I added the MySQL database in ODBC and then linked
to the desired database and tables from inside Access, enabling 'save

ODBC link failure errors after closing vpn

I use a system dsn to connect an Access 2003 front end to a local sql
server db. I have a vpn connection on sometimes to the client site where
the app is deployed. There is nothing in the db sql passthrough code

Vista ODBC Date Error after migrating from Windows XP to Vista
