Cannot view message bar to enable trusted content

I am having trouble saving changes to a database I use in form view.
The database is accessed by 6 people from their own PCs and we all
previously had the message bar appear until we enabled all content.
Now I cannot change anything without being told to enable all macros.

I have been accessing this one particular website for job alerts, then all
of a sudden I am getting the below message - Application not found?? I have
been accessing this website daily with no difficulties at all - I believe,
but am not real sure it may have something to do with installing 'firefox'

Sendkeys not working in 2007

I have a database I created in access 2003 that I open up in 2007. I went to
the trust center and allowed all macros and listed the location of my
database under trusted locations. The macro let's me select the sendkeys
command. This is the list of commands:

Conditional Step in a Macro

Using my switchboard, I would like to prevent users from running reports at
the same time as the underlying data tables are being updated. The way I
would like to prevent this is to include a step in my macro that checks a
data table value for a "STOP" command, before continuing to open queries or
reports.
