Signing into sites

HELP!!!!! Yesterday I ran Windows Love OneCare online and also defrag, as
recommended.
Today I find that I can no longer sign in to Ebay or my Hotmail, and worse,
much worse, I can't sign into my bank account either!!!!! Now all I get is
"The page cannot be displayed" Great!!
I didn't change any settin ...

I am new to Vista. I obviously have subscribed to this newsgroup. But I
cannot figure out how to access all the other newsgroups outside of
Micorsoft Communities. The initial opening dialog box gave an option for
selection. How do I access other newsgroup lists?
