email arriving with wrong date in ms outlook

Wrong date and time on receiving computer . incorrect date and time , date
can be following day or previous.
On opening shows correct date and time on opened email .
This is with Microsoft outlook 2000, 2003 and 2007.
Yes checked all dates settings in system and microsoftoutlook.
