Multivalue field problem -- no checkbox

Straight up -- I know very little about Access (I use other DB programs
primarily...)
User showed me that Access 2007 allows for "multivalued fields" (fairly
nifty, actually...)

data base, however when I tried using it in the main data base it did not
work. The only thing I see diffrent is the the table name has a space in it

I have a report group by month, where on the query I have a
