Multiple actions with one form

Hello,
I have created a form that I would like to do several things for an
inventory database I am creating (I have used Access for about 4 days). The
form is based on a query that displays equipment currently checked out by
users (as well as date it was checked out, etc.). It currently has 4 fields:

Calculated Checkbox values

Im trying to set a checkbox value to a "true" or "checked" state when another
field is equal to, or greater than another value in another field.
What would be the best way to do this?
(I guess I cant apply conditional formatting to checkboxes?)

Has anybody come up with a way to have users access formatted attachments
(either snapshot or rich format)? I have everything in the access report
just the way I want it, however, when I export it to excel, I have to make a

How do I input number in Access data type=number; format=percent

I have set up a field, data type number, format= percent, but when I enter
the number 5, it comes up as 500% in the field on the table? if I try 0.05 =
nothing shows.. what do I need to do? Haven't used Access for about 6 years.. ...

opens from a button on a form frmOrders, but when I try to open the invoice
report I get a run-time error 2427 and the debug highlights the line
"If Me.chkIsAgent = True Then"

Hi All
I have a small query :
I'm running Access 2003 on an XP pro machine.
I use icons on a customized toolbar to run my various macros , and
choose these icons form the limited choice provided in the program
itself.
Is there a way , perhaps via addin , to increase the range of icons
available?
