I am looking to make a database to help me manage 20 managers that report to
me. I want something where I can click on a location and it will allow me to
type notes about my location visits with them. I woudl also like the ability
to print the data by location. I have only even run access ONE time ...

How can I decrypt an encrypt file?

I have encrypted some files. I opened the properties page and activated the
encryption check box. Now I am not able to open the files. while opening the
file, " the word could not be opened" message is coming. How can I decrypt an
encrypted file? I tried by deactivating the encryption check box, but in

Blank Record

I have noticed if you enter information into a field and then delete that
information and Exit the Data Base, the next time you open the form you have
blank record.
Is there any way to avoid this, apart from using the blank record for the
next set of data or deleting the blank record? These blank records ...
