Hi all,
I am using a checkbox control on a form to add a record to a separate table
with postal address information which is displayed as a subform. If the
checkbox is checked, the subform is visible and the data appears. If the

Hi Rob and bcap,
In Access 2007 you have temporary variables, a collection that is much more stable than module variables (you don't loose them if something crashes) and they are more elegant than a hidden form.
Look into the TempVars collection.
