Record selectors

I have a form i have been working on for a while now. I disabled the
navigation buttons and put add record and a next and back but I want
to put some kind of code on the next button so that it will not go to
a new record. If anyone can tell me how to do this that would be

In the same way that ALT + Down Arrow can be used to open a ComboBox in a
form is there a similar way to avoid using the mouse to replicate "clicking"
in a Yes/No decision box please?

Mouse scroll wheel behaviour within a form

Within one of my forms, I have a text box which contains a fair amount of
data. I wish to be able to set the scroll wheel behaviour of that box to
scroll up and down within the box. Currently, it scrolls between records,
which I do not require.
