A complicated case with continous form

Hello, Can anyone help me with this case?
I have to display the working hours of workers in a form ,so I use continuous
form to display those values. the worker have 2 types of working hours, first
is 100% hours, 2nd is 150% hours.
If that guy work only 100%hours, then only show it. if he work also with 150%,

I am trying to set forms for six users and one admin. Each user will log in
and work on his form only. he won't be able to see or update other users
forms. The admin, however, can view everybody's form. Every user's data will
be stored in a table/ report when the user click a submit button.

Query1 (source table changes every week - same structure-, SQL does not
change).
Report1 (source record always Query1).
Currently, I am manually replacing the table name in Query1, SQL view and
then my users can run Report1.

Control box value not updating table

I have a combo box with a list of 9 numbers (1;2;3;4;5;6;7;8;9) and it is
bound to a number in a table but when the value of the combo box is changed
on the form, the table is not updated with this new value.
What am I doing wrong?

Form.SetFocus problem

This event is part of a text box that filters a subform as a contract number
is being typed in. I tried to copy from this form, to my own.......created
the text box, changed the txt names, etc....but when I try to actually type
something into my text box, the first line is highlighted...it doesn't seem
to like ...
