Package solution and split databases

I have version 1 of a database with a split front-end and back-end. When I
get to version 2, how do I tell the ADE installer not to overwrite the
back-end if it exists but to install the back-end if this is a first time
installation of the program.
Along the same lines, can someone point me to documentation ...

Has anyone found the need to use InstallShield along with the ADE or is the
ADE sufficient all by itself.

FTP Resume WinINet

Firstly, I've checked the FTP server it it supports FTP resuming and the
REST RETR commands.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I can't seem to
get WinINet to resume a FTP transfer. I've tried the FtpCommand using "REST"

RT & PDF plugin

Not sure if this is the correct forum but I am trying to get the PDF plug-in
to work in the Access 2007 RT version. The plug-in loads just fine but when
I try to save a report as a PDF it looks like it is printing but does not
save any file. Anyone have any information on this.

ADE Package solution - specify a workgoupr file for the shortcut?

Does any know how can you specify the workgroup file for the runtime 2007
using the ACE pachage solution.
I know the command line switches but I do not know how to get them into the
shortcut for the install.
