2003 ADE crashes! - OLE Server isn't recognized ?

I have been using the 2003 ADE for some time with no issues. A couple of
days ago the Custom Startup Wizard stopped on "Step 3 - Startup Properties"
with a message that the "After Update" expression created a problem because
the "OLE server isn't recognized". That is from the first item on the page ...

Installer: Want to Install Shortcut and Runtime Only

I have a situation were I'd like to install the runtime components and a
shortcut on the desktop that refers to an already existing mdb on the group
server.
I've been toying around with Orca but I'm not smart enough to figure out

How to convert .PKS file to use with access 2003 developer Package Wizard?

I have an existing .pks file that was used by Packaging Wizard in MOD
XP.
Now I installed access 2003 and access 2003 developer extensions.
Is it possible to convert .pks file to xml file used by 2003 Package
Wizard or I have to add all existing additional files manually?
