Property Scanner not working

I am having problems with the property scanner add-in. Many times I
will open the property scanner and get a gray form with no options.
Sometimes to resolve this I am able to reinstalled the Access Developer
Extensions and it will work until I reboot. Other times I have to
start the Custom Startup Wizard to ...

VisualStudio2005 and Wind32 applications

Is it possible with VisualtStudio2005 to build C++ Win32 applications (I
mean both console and not) ?
I have installed VC++Express and I have found that with this tool it is only
possible to produce CONSOLE Win32 applictions.

package wizard

I just reinstalled office 2003 and the access developers toolkit after a hard
drive crash on a new computer.
It was working fine up to now, but now when I try to run the package wizard
all I get is the first screen, all blank and all that I'm able to do is
cancel to exit.
What am I missing that was present ...
