Runtime: No Filter and Sort in Context Menu

In Access 2003 Runtime Environment I can not use the Filter and Sort
functionality of context menu in a tabele grid.
How can I add this functionality to a Runtime environment?

Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to add overlay icons to tables, forms,
macros, etc. in Access? I'm developing a Subversion-plugin for Access
using a COM Shared Add-in, so displaying the status of the files would
be nice.
