Cant deploy access 2002 runtime application in Vista

We have an application developed in Access 2002, packaged using XP Developer.
When we attempt to install it on a Vista machine we get the following:
"the office system pack cannot be installed on this system because it
requires windows nt service pack 6 or later"

I have developed a small database (Access 2002) for my own use, about 5000
contact records. I want to run the database at a remote location, that has
not got Access, just to access information rather than adding data. I have
not been able to find a site that allows download of Access Runtime.
