differences beween runtime and regular database, why do I get errors?

I am trying to figure out why I do have errors in a database that work fine
in full mode, even compiled in mde no problem.
1) As there is no way to debug easily, is there somewhere online or in a
book a checklist with "common errors because of differences"

runtime plus program uninstall

When I try to uninstall my "program" in settings, control panel, add/remove
programs after deleting the package on the computer where I installed it, I
get an error message something like that I cannot find the ....msi file so
do I understand it correctly a user can never delete this package or will
