Is there any way to automatically enforce the correct reference library settings?

I am currently developing an Access 2000 application for distribution (via
PDW, etc) to four or five users and would like to do everything possible to
insulate them from any technical complications associated with the
application installation. Is there any way for me to enforce the correct
library reference ...

Using XML files in a Macro

I'm looking for a solution to import XML files (lots of them) to the same MS
Access table.
When I'm doing it now I have so many clicks ...... And have the risk of
forgetting to check the Append data to the same table option.
It would be nice if I can define a button, so I have to click only once to
