distribution to old platforms

I'm going to be distributing an Access application that I created with
Access 2003. Some of my clients are still running Windows 98. How can I
create a version that will work on those machines? Can I simply include an
older version of the Access Runtime (where do I get one if so?) and convert
to Access ...

Hide Access 2003 Application Window with ADE

I was told that with the 2003 ADE one could use the package or setup wizard
to "turn off or hide" the access application window. Does anyone know if this
is true and where in the ade is this set. I know that mvp has code but it
requires too much attention when showing forms versus reports etc. ...
