VBA - Access 97 to 2003

Hi All.
I'm having a heck of a time here trying to sort some code out in an attempt
to convert a few VBA modules from 97 to 2003 and compile them.
At the moment I'm getting this error:
Error: Object variable or With block variable not set

located on a server. The Front End application is used by approx. 50 users,
some internal and some thru Term Server. I am planning to convert the

version retail and the full version Academic?
I hve 2003 Professioanl but I need to install a database on some PC swith
office 2007. Is it worth it to upgrade or am I asking for problems?
