Where is database description in 2007?

In File | Description was a field I could put comments in to describe why I
was obsoleting a specific version of a database. It was a property in the
properties collection of the application object.
Where is that in Access 2007?

HI,
I know generation of SDF files.
Sequential data without delimitors, zero padding etc.
Now, I have to generate ascii file with extension "txt"
Each record must end with new line character. Hex values "0D" and
"0A". What does it mean?
Are SDF & ASCII same?
