Access klient slow down on SQL 2005 HELP PLZ

Hio all,
I have huge problem with sql server 2005 , and access 2003 as front end
becouse my client is to slow . Same client works ok with SQL 2000 but when i
install 2005 that works bad and slow( open some form near 1 minut). So help
me plz

I have an ADP linked to a SQL Server backend and one thing I have set up is
for Access to run a stored procedure on SQL Server when the user opens up a
form. The stored procedure runs a DTS job that imports data from an Informix
database into a table in SQL Server.

Linked View causing ODBC Call Failed

When opening a linked sql VIEW in Access, I'm getting the error "ODBC - Call
Failed". This is definately related to the size of the view (approx 64k
rows). If I modified the view to return only 40k rows for example, then
there is no error. Also if I push the view results into a sql table, and

Run adp from network or locally

I have an adp that uses sql 2000 and it runs fine when I distribute the adp
to each workstation. But it occurred to me that I could probably run this
from a network location via shortcuts on each workstation. But when I did
that I could only run from one at a time. A second workstation got a locking
error before ...

Framework 1.1, hotfixes and service packs for same and Microsoft User Mode
Driver Framework Feature Pack 1.0. If these don't do anything, again, I'd
