Accessing the fields from mailmerge document after databasefield u

Sir,
I was able to generate a mailmerge document and retrieve the field values
from the word document where the recipient list is the database values. I'm
not able to retrieve the values if any modifications are done to the fields
of the database.

Dear all,
I am at my wits' end trying to figure out this. Please help.
Let's say I have a table, named tblSpecimen. In the table, the fields

Hot Mail Contacts Export.

There does not seem to be an easy way of exporting Hot Mail contacts to
another contact list. You can cut and paste 1 by 1 but that's pretty slow.
Has anyone got a better method. I would like to export to a .csv file or
other format.

I have a list box on a form whose fifth column has values coming from a
datetime table field formatted as hh:mm..
I am trying to get the value of this fifth column, treat it as an hh:mm time
value, subtract 10 minutes from it and then assign it to a variable. I am
