Embarrassing question about lookup.

I am attempting to create what should be a simple formula. I am sure there
are better ways to do this but I am somewhat new so just going for what I
know how to use. I have attempted VLOOKUP, but I get a bit confused on this.
D5 is a drop down menu which is the name. (This Cell never moves).

How can I show the current file name in a cell.

How do you get excel to return the name of the current workbook into a
certain cell.
I can get the directory name by typing =Info("directory"), but I cannot get
the filename.

Inverse to WEEKNUM

I know that using the function WEEKNUM you can get the number for a week
through a year
eg. =WEEKNUM(09/29/2008) gets 40
my question is
can it be done backwards??
what i want to do is
type the number of the week (A1)
and get the date of the monday of that week (on B1)
