Can't open Excel program

I don't know if this is the right place, but I need help. Each time I try to
open it a bunch of strange files open up and then I get an error message that
says "Excel experienced a serious error the last time the add-in
"D:\script63.doc was opened. Would you like to disable the add-in?" I click

XLTM file corruption

I have a template with embedded macros that I created using Excel 2003. I
used the convert function of 2007 to convert it to a 2007 template (XLTM).
That portion works fine, I can save and reopen it without issue. I can
reopen it, and make changes to the charts I have embedded and the macros.

First one with the VBA solved, now I am having an ad-in excel file problem.
Its an excel stats ad-in PHSTAT2. Was working before but not after security
