Chamfer Cells

Hi,
I have a work sheet and the gridlines are tuned off.
The work sheet has a white backround and has groups of cells green in colour
within the white backround. Is it possible to chamfer the corners of the
green cells for aesthetic purposes?

Hey, it's pretty easy to do.
In the custom format, just type:
"MCY ID "#;"MCY ID "#;"MCY ID 00000";"MCY ID "@

When I double click on an Excel file to open it I get the message "Excel
cannot find ...(insert path and file name)... Make sure you typed the name

Excel 2k, winxp
Would like to set up a spreadsheet with the columns and rows all the same
size and with the measurements in " instead of characters, pixels and/or
points.
What I'm actually trying to do is set up each column as 1.25" and row .50".
Is this possible without "trial and error"?
